Overview
Responder Assurance is a tool which helps you confirm that there is always someone online and available to support your community, wherever they raise alerts.
The SafeZone system will monitor responder logins, at 10-minute intervals, in nominated region groups and note when there is no one able to manage an alert if it were to be raised in that area.
Example 1 - Higher Education:
Your organization has 3 geographically dispersed campuses which may even be based in another country. If in one of those campuses, there are no responders able to manage duress alerts, a local escalation team can be automatically informed.
Example 2 - Healthcare:
You have security or Police teams managing your hospitals and a separate response protocol for your community workers. If any of the hospitals, or the community health teams, do not have someone ready to receive a duress alert. Appropriate management can be automatically informed.
The above works in addition to any alert escalation workflows which are in place to automatically forward alerts if they are not responded to in a defined time. You can find more information on alert escalation here: Workflows - Alert Based
