Managing Tips on the Live Screen

Tips are visible on the left of the Live Screen along with the Alerts, Responders, Vehicles and Check-in lists.

On the map they are shown be a purple icon with white flag (see above).

To Manage tips:

1. On the live screen, expand the Tips section and click on a Tip Card
   or,
   Click on a Tip Flag icon on the map
2. The expanded Tip information window will be displayed showing
   • Raised date and time
   • User details (if not sent anonymously)
   • Location information (if not sent without)
   • Any images sent with the tip
   • The tip description (as a message under the image
3. You can resolve the tip by typing your actions in the "Resolution Notes" box and then clicking "Resolve".
