If you are viewing this page through the Feedback menu on the OmniGuard App, images on the page might not display correctly on your device. You can tap here to open up in a separate browser window - this will take you out of the OmniGuard app. Use your device's back button to return to OmniGuard.
Once Alerts have been resolved by responders in OmniGuard and Command, you can access the historical alerts from OmniGuard. Alerts that have been closed within an hour can also be restored back to the Live Screen if the alert needs further attention or has been closed accidentally by a responder.
To view the Historical Alerts:
- Tap on the Menu
button;
- Tap on Alerts to bring up the Historical Alerts list;
- Tapping on a historical alert which was resolved more than 1 hour ago, will allow you to contact the user
You may wish to follow up with the user after the alert has been resolved.
Tap on Contact to call the user on their mobile phone number. - Tapping on a historical alert which was resolved less than 1 hour ago, will allow you to restore the alert back to the OmniGuard and Command Live Screen.
If an alert has been resolved in error, the alert can be restored to the Live screen.
Tap on Restore to restore the alert.
Once the alert has been restored you can treat it like any alert that comes into the system
