If you are viewing this page through the Feedback menu on the OmniGuard App, images on the page might not display correctly on your device. You can tap here to open up in a separate browser window - this will take you out of the OmniGuard app. Use your device's back button to return to OmniGuard.
OmniGuard's Feedback menu allows you to view the OmniGuard Help Guides (you may have come through to this page by tapping on the Feedback menu) as well as raise support tickets with the SafeZone support team.
To open the Feedback menu:
- Tap on the Menu
button;
- Tap on Feedback to be presented with the screens below:
iOS:
Android: - The list of user guide articles will appear. Tap on an article in the list to bring up the user guide on that topic.
- To raise a support ticket, please refer to the steps below if you are using an:
iOS device
- Tap on the
button which appears in the top right;
- The My Tickets window will appear
- Tap on Start A Conversation or the
button to open up a chat window
- Type your message using the keyboard and tap on Return to send the message;
- Tap on the
button to add attachments to your message.
- A support ticket to SafeZone's support team will be created and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered for SafeZone/OmniGuard with.
- Tap on the Back
button to go back to the OmniGuard Map screen;
Android device
- Tap on the
button which appears at the bottom right;
- A chat window will appear allowing you to send your message through to the SafeZone support team;
- Tap on the
button to add attachments to your message.
- A support ticket to SafeZone's support team will be created and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered for SafeZone/OmniGuard with.
- Tap on the Back
button to go back to the OmniGuard Map screen;
