If a user is inside a region and raises an Emergency Alert or a First Aid Alert through the SafeZone app on their device, the alert is raised through to the Command screen and also visible to OmniGuard users. If the user chooses to call emergency services on the alert screen by pressing the "Call <number>" button the alert icon in Command can be set to change and reflect which alert button the user has raised.
This feature is useful to know if the user is on the phone to emergency services while the alert has been raised so that the security desk knows that the user is on the phone and may not be able to answer if security tries to call the user.
