Overview
You can report on tips raised from the SafeZone application on the Tip History page which can be accessed through the History screen in Command.
The Tip History page (shown above) has the following filters which can be run:
Date and Time

Clicking the first drop list in the menu allows you to either select a time period from a list or set your own custom time period. |

Clicking the Custom time period brings up the date and time picker displayed on the right. |

The next drop list allows you to pick either:

Tip Category
|
The Tip Category box allows you to use a drop list to select one or more categories to report on. The list can be filtered by typing the first characters of the category you are looking for. |
Exporting Tips
Once you have run your report, you can export the Tips using the "Export" button at the top right of the page. An excel export is produced with the following column headers:
- Status
- Date/Time
- Category
- Resolution Date/Time
- Resolver
- Resolution Notes
- Raiser Given Name
- Raiser Last Name
- Raiser Email
- Link (to the original tip in Command)
Tip Detail Screen
To view further details on the tip report, you can click the blue timestamp in the "Raised" column of the table.
This will provide further information about the tip including:
- Details section showing when the tip was raised, its status and category

Raised By section showing the tip raiser's information (if not submitted anonymously where
< Anonymous > will be displayed - Location section with a map of the location (if submitted without a location "No location information given" will be written across the screen)
- Messages section where the tip notes and any submitted images will be displayed
