For non-single sign on (SSO) users who do not access SafeZone, OmniGuard and Command through their organization's sign-in page, there is the ability to remotely reset their password from Command.
To reset the password:
- Go to Admin - Users - User List
- Search for the User with the filtering tools (More information here: User List Information)
- Click on the email address of the person who's password you would like to reset
- Press the "Actions" button
- Select "Reset Password"
- On the next screen you will be asked to confirm the reset request, click "Reset Password" to confirm, or "Cancel" to go back to the user profile page.
- The user will then be prompted to reset their password via an email.
