User Stats Report

The User Stats Report can be found in Admin - Users - User Stats Report and gives an overview of SafeZone App uptake and overall user numbers. The two tables displayed are the User Stats Summary and a table showing Stats per Day, Week and Month.

User Stats Summary

Shows the overall current number of

• Pre-registered Users - those who have been uploaded into SafeZone but not yet completed registration in the SafeZone app
• Registered Users - those who have fully registered on the SafeZone app
• Total Users - total number of people in your system combining Pre-registrations and Registered Users

Stats per Day, Week and Month

The second table on the screen shows a detailed breakdown of recent user stats over the last day, week, month or named recent month. Numbers on this page are only for the stated period, not cumulative. Detail in the table includes:

• Pre-registrations added to the system in that period (where the users have not completed registration in SafeZone)
• Invites/Reminders column which shows how many invites or reminder emails were sent from SafeZone command.
• Pre-registrations completed which shows how many users moved to "registered" status.
• New Registered Users showing the number of self-sign ups.
• Total Users who have been added to the system in that time
